ついに大好きなファールのヴィンテージフェアをご紹介できますー!
場所は、アンティークの町ルイスとイーストボーンの間のファール・プレイス。
小さな村が隣接しているお屋敷の敷地内で、
オペラ音楽祭で有名なグラインドボーンの隣です。
ここの広大な敷地を使って、アウトドアのヴィンテージ・フェアをはじめ、いろんなストールがたくさん!

Finally, I can write about my favourite fair, Firle Vintage Fair!
It's hold in Firle Place where is between Lewes and Eastbourne.
Glyndebourne where is famous for a opera festival is next to Firle as well.
Firle Place is a manor house next to a little village.
The fair is in its huge ground with so many stalls and fun fair!
ステージが用意されていて、踊りを楽しむことも!
There was a stage and you can enjoy dancing!
去年はチャールストン・ダップダンサーの人たちのショーを見ることができました!
今年もあったのかな？
もしや買い物に忙しくて見逃したかも! 笑
Last year, I saw shows of beautiful tap dancers!
I wonder they did it this year again? I might have missed it while I was busy to do shopping! lol
ファンフェアー(移動遊園地）も来ています!
なので子供たちもばっちり楽しめる!
There is a fun fair!
Children definitely can enjoy the fair too!
ここに来てる遊園地、ちゃんと外観もヴィンテージっぽくて好き!
I love this vintage-looks fun fair!
人形劇もありました! 子供たちに大人気。
There was a puppet show too!
It was very popular among children.
ヴィンテージ・カーたちも来ています!
車好きにはたまらない!
There were lots of vintage cars too!
めずらしいキャンピングカー?の中は見学もさせてくれます。
You can also see very rare coaches too!
去年はこんな自転車も見かけました!
I saw a penny-farthing last year!
会場の隣にあるのがファール・プレイスというお屋敷。
去年は結婚式か何かでは入れなかったのですが、今年はお庭まで入れました。
The building is Firle Place.
We couldn't get in there last year, but we could this year (only for garden though).
ここはティールームでした。
建物は日曜から木曜にかけてオープンしているみたいです。
この日は土曜日だったから見られなかったのかも。
The tearoom was opened.
The building is opened from Sunday to Thursday.
We couldn't get in the building maybe because it was Saturday.
お庭からのフェアの眺め。
ステキです!
この他にも今年はハーブガーデンもオープンしていました。
去年は裏口がオープンしていたので、そこから隣接している村に出てお散歩したり、
本当に一日中楽しめる。

Their herb garden was opened this year.
Last year, the rear door was opened so we could go to the village and had a little walk.
We totally enjoyed whole day!!
池もあって、水辺でピクニックしてる人たちも。
There is a pond, some people had a picnic around there.
夜にはナイトガーデンといってキャンプしながらフェアも楽しめるイベントもやっていたみたいです。
バーベキューがあり、ジャズやダンスのイベントがあり、朝早くにヨガのワークショップもあったり、こちらも楽しそうー!
ファールは車がないと来れない所ですが、
ルイスからヴィンテージバスも出ていましたので、車がない人でも大丈夫!
本当に楽しい～! 夏にとってもおすすめのフェアです!
晴れてたら! 笑
去年はとってもよいお天気(気温も高かった!）で、今年はすごく危ぶまれたけど予想以上に気温も高くなってくれてよかった～!
来年も晴れますように!
次回は、メインであるお店をご紹介しますね!
At night, there was an event called Night Garden, which you could do camping there.
There were BBQ, jazz music and dance event, early morning yoga workshop and so on.....
Sounds very interesting!!
You need a car to get to Firle Place, but there were vintage buses ran for the fair from Lewes.
So you could still come even though you don't have a car!
I really recommend this fair and I will definitely go back next year!!
If it is sunny!!!
It was a fabulous weather last year, and we were really worried about the weather this year, but it turned to a good day!
Wish it will be a great weather next year!!
