シーフードバーが立ち並ぶウィスタブルハーバーからちょっと遠回りしたところにあるイーストキー。
そのビーチの目の前にいい感じのロブスターバーを見つけて、思わず入ってしまいました。
When you walk further from Whitstable Harbour, there is a place called East Quay.
We found a nice lobster bar there.
ウェアハウス風の建物に、シンプルなバーカウンターとヴィンテージのテーブル&チェア、
そしてちゃんとお花も飾ってあってステキ!
It's a big warehouse with a simple bar counter and vintage tables and chairs.
Each tables had flowers, I loved that :)
レストランといってもとてもカジュアルなスタイルで、バーでオーダーしたものが、ペーパーボックスに入ってサーブされます。
ファストフードみたいですが、もちろんすべてフレッシュ!
It's a restaurant, but very casual.
You order at the counter and the food is served with paper box.
It's like a fast food, but everything is fresh.

こちらの目玉はなんといってもロブスター!
新鮮なロブスターが半身で約14ポンド。
まるまる一匹でもオーダーできるし、味付けもチリ&チョリソー、ガーリック&バター、シンプルにゆでたもの(冷製）と3種から選べます。
私たちはガーリック&バターを選びました!
むちむちに引き締まったロブスター! すごく弾力ありました!
もう一つはイギリスの王道、フィッシュアンドチップス。
相方はそんなに好きではないのですが、ウィスタブルで食べる新鮮なフィッシュアンドチップスはおいしく頂いていました！
確かに、衣もさくさくしててたらも肉厚でおいしい！
The main menu of this bar is, of course, lobster!!
A half fresh lobster is about 14 pound.
You can order a whole lobster, and choose how to cook..., chili & chorizo, butter & garlic, and simply boiled (served cold) .
We chose garlic & butter.
The lobster was very springy! It was delicious.
We ordered fish and chips too.
My partner doesn't fancy fish and chips so much, but he enjoyed it as it was very fresh, the batter was crispy and the cod was very fleshy.
他にも、ウィスタブル名物のオイスターももちろんありますし、
魚がだめな人のためにチキンもあります。
晴れた日は目の前のビーチでデッキチェアに座って海を見ながら食べることも!
この日は残念ながら風が強くて寒かったので断念。
私たちは頼みませんでしたが、ウィスタブルの地ビールもあります!

You can eat them at beach with sitting on deck chairs too!
Unfortunately we couldn't since it was very cold and cloudy that day.
we didn't ordered, but they also have local beer.
