「私たちの美しい世界チャレンジ」というバトンが回ってきました！
世界の美しさによって平和をつなげようというプロジェクトだそうです。
友人で、私のブログも読んでくださっていたMさんからバトンをまわしていただきました。
実はこういうバトンものって初めてなのです。:)
というわけで、私が美しいな、と思った風景を７日間インスタグラムにアップしていました。
ブログではその総集編ということで、インスタグラムでは語りきれなかったエピソードも含めてご紹介します。
I received a baton for a project called "Out Beautiful World Challenge".
That's the project to let people know how beautiful our world is.
I got a baton from Ms M who is my friend and read my blog.
I never had a chance to receive this kind of batons :)
I did this project on Instagram for 7 days.
Here are my photos I used for the project.
Day 1 ＊ Sea at Nice, France ニースの海
コート･ダ･ジュールの村や町を１０日間かけて旅したとき、 ニースを拠点にしていたのですが、
そのニースの海がこれ。
この水色にやられて、毎日のように海辺を散歩していました。
ニースから行けるほかの海辺の街にも行きましたが、この水色が見れたのはここだけだったなあ。
これがきっかけになって海好きに。
その後も同じ水色が見たくて地中海のほかの都市も行ったけれど、この水色が見れたのはこのとき、ここだけ。
今ニースに戻っても同じ水色が見られるのかな？
When I travelled Cote d'Azur, I chose Nice for the base of my trip.
This is the sea from Nice.
I have never seen such beautiful blue!
I didn't really like or care about sea, but this blue made me fall in love with sea / ocean.
I went to seaside everyday.
I tried other seaside from other towns in Cote d'Azur, or other countries in Mediterranean sea, but I didn't see this blue anymore.
I wonder I can still see this blue from Nice?
Day 2 ＊ Opera Garnier パリ･オペラ座ガルニエ宮
世界で一番大好きな場所のひとつ。
何回行っても、写真をばしゃばしゃ撮ってしまう、魅惑の場所。
パリにきたらガルニエに行かなきゃ、ってことで、バレエの演目チェックせずに失敗したことも…。
でも、パリ･オペラ座バレエ団ももちろんこの「世界の美しさ」に入っています。
One of my favourite places in the world.
I visited there some times, but couldn't resist taking photos every time.
I feel I have to go to Garnier when I go to Paris, so I bought a ballet ticket even though it was not my favourite ballet....
Of course, Paris Opera Ballet is included as "Our Beautiful World".
Day 3 ＊ A chair on Sacromonte Hill サクロモンテの丘の椅子
スペインはグラナダの、アルハンブラ宮殿の向かいの丘は、サクロモンテの丘と呼ばれ、
昔からロマ族(ジプシー)の人たちの洞窟住居があり、
今もヒッピーな人たちがその洞窟に住んでいます。
なぜか道なき道を歩いていき(笑）この丘にたどり着いたときの光景。
何もない草原にぽつんと置かれた椅子が印象的でした。
(実際は、この椅子の手前に洞窟住居があるんです。坂で見えないけど。）
The hill opposite side of Alhambra Palace in Granada is called Sacromonte Hill, where Roma people used to have cueva (home in cave) .
There are still people using those cuevas as home.
When I was climbing up the hill, I found a chair.
Somehow, I was impressed.
Day 4 ＊ Ayasofyia in Istanbul イスタンブールのアヤソフィア。
アヤソフィアだけではありませんが、イスタンブールのこの古いビザンツ教の名残とイスラムの融合された様がすごく好き。
私は宗教には入ってませんが、宗教がこの世界にもたらした影響と文化は計り知れません。
特に、スペイン南部や東欧の、イスラムとキリスト教が交じり合った地域が好きです。
Not only Ayasofya, but I love whole Istanbul town because it is totally mixed with Byzantine, Muslim and so on.
I am not religious at all, but I think that religion definitely brought huge influence and culture to our world.
I specially love area in South Spain and Eastern Europe where are mixed with Islamic and Christian culture.
Day 5 ＊ Green at Fontaine-de-Vaucluse フォンテイン・ド・ヴォールクーズの緑
長年の夢だったプロヴァンスの旅で一番印象に残った景色は、ラベンダー畑でなく、ここでした。
(写真のような見渡す限りのラベンダー畑にいけなかったのもあるけれど。）
アンティークの街で有名なリル・シュル・ラ・ソルグは運河がきれいなのでも有名ですが、さらに水源に近い町がここ。
その町の川は、輝くばかりの緑でした。
まるでメロンソーダみたい！
The most impressive view in my Provance trip.
It's near L'ille sur la Sorgue where is famous for antique and brocante.
The town is also famous for the beautiful canals, but this village's river was amazingly green.
It was like Menthe a l'eau (mint water)!
Day 6 ＊ Kyoto 京都の街
私はまだまだ旅人とはいえないくらい旅した国や町は少ないですが、
それでもその訪れた国の中から７枚選ぶのは大変でした。
(別にこのプロジェクトは旅の風景でなくていいんですが、私なりの基準で。）
色々考えた結果、やっぱりはずせなかったのは地元の京都。
住んでたときはまったく観光なんてしませんでしたが、いざ離れてみて、
そして外国人である相方に京都を見せて回っていると、いかに素晴らしい町かしみじみとわかります。
I haven't travelled a lot, but it was very difficult to choose the most beautiful 7 photos.
(I didn't need to choose from my travel photos, it was just me)
I visited many beautiful places, but I couldn't remove my hometown Kyoto from the 7.
I had never done sightseeing in Kyoto when I lived there.
However, I recognized that how beautiful Kyoto is, after I left the town and showed around the town to my French husband.
Day 7 ＊ Cherry blossoms in Japan 日本の桜
京都の町と同じくはずせなかったのは、日本の桜。
お花は大好きで、いろんな花が好きだし、ヨーロッパに来たときはやっぱり欧州の花屋の美しさに衝撃を受けましたが、
それでもやっぱり、桜が一番なのですよ。
イギリスにも桜に似たような花があるけど、なんか違う。
やっぱりこの薄桃色の満開に咲く桜は、日本人の心なんですな。
ちなみにこの桜は地元・滋賀(ほんとは滋賀県民ですが、便宜上京都を地元と言うこともあります。笑）のびわ湖で、
この桜の目の前には
超絶おいしいフレンチレストランがあります。お試しあれ。
というわけで、いかがでしたでしょうか。
ほんとは見せたい景色はもっと山盛りにあるんですけど、この７枚になりました。
バトンは決まった方に渡せずに申し訳ない、このプロジェクトに興味を持った方なら誰でもやっちゃっていいと思います。

I also couldn't resist choosing Japanese cherry blossoms.
I love flowers, and I was so impressed with flower shops in Europe when I came to Europe.
But, Japanese cherry blossoms are the best, for me.
I see similar trees in London, but it's different.
By the way, this photo was taken from my hometown (Shiga) , and in front of this tree,
there is one of the best French restaurant. Try it!
So, that's it!
