あああああああ、すっかり夏時間も終わってしまい、もう冬ですよー！
こんなにも遅くなってしまって、しかももう海に行こうって感じではありませんが、
海辺の街、マーゲイトのお気に入りショップをご紹介。

But, here are my favourite addresses of Margate.



マーゲイトは実は古着屋さんやヴィンテージショップが多いので有名。
キングストリートにはいくつものヴィンテージショップが連なっています。

Actually Margate is famous for vintage shops.
In King Street, there are lots of vintage shops there.

ガラクタ、ジャンク、アンティークなどがいっぱいの家具・雑貨のお店。

This is a shop full of junks and antiques, and vintage furniture.

あああああああ、すっかり夏時間も終わってしまい、もう冬ですよー！
こんなにも遅くなってしまって、しかももう海に行こうって感じではありませんが、
海辺の街、マーゲイトのお気に入りショップをご紹介。

キングストリートにはいくつものヴィンテージショップが連なっています。

Actually Margate is famous for vintage shops.
In King Street, there are lots of vintage shops there.

ガラクタ、ジャンク、アンティークなどがいっぱいの家具・雑貨のお店。

This is a shop full of junks and antiques, and vintage furniture.

The city of art and music, Vienna ~ 音楽と芸術の都・ウィーンの旅　Oct 2016　Part.1

結婚記念６周年＆永住権獲得のお祝いをかねて、ウィーンへ行って参りました!

We went to Vienna to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and my permanent visa!

プラハとブダペストは行ったのですが、ウィーンを飛び越してしまっていたので、
ずっと行きたいな～とは思っていたウィーン。
この夏に友人が行ったことをきっかけに、永住権が取れたらちょこっとシティブレイクでいけるかも!?と思った矢先、
なんと同じ時期に４人もの知人がウィーンへ!!
これは呼ばれてるのかも!?　と思ったり。

I have been to Prague and Budapest, but not Vienna.  I always wanted to go there.
Since my friends went there in August, I had been thinking that we can go there as soon as I got visa.
And you know what, I don't know why but other 4 of my friends went to Vienna at the same time as us.
I thought something was calling us!

ウィーンといえば音楽!ですが、私が見るのはやっぱりバレエ!
念願のルグリ監督のバレエ・海賊を見ることができました!
お目当てのダンサーが見れなかったのが残念でなりません!
感想はまた今度ブログに書こうと思います。
時間があれば、ウィーンで活躍したモーツァルトのピアノコンサートも聞きたかったなあ。

Speaking of Vienna, it's the city of music.
However, I was not interested in orchestra concerts or operas, but ballet.
We saw the ballet Le Corsaire by the superstar Manuel Legris.
I was so sad that I couldn't see a dancer I really wanted to see, but I really enjoyed the show.
I will write about the ballet in another post.
I wished I could have gone to a Mozart piano concert too....

ウィーンといえばハプスブルク家!
私の中ではマリー・アントワネットの出身地、という印象が強いのですが、
そういえば、エリザベートも有名でしたね!
ちょうど行く直前にツィッターでカヅラカタが話題になっていて、彼らのエリザベートに興味津々だったんですけど、
着いてから、そういえば、と思い出しました。笑
エリザベートな雰囲気の豪華な建物がいっぱいでわくわくしたウィーン。
でも、残念なのが、お城が撮影禁止だったこと…。
旅の写真がライフワークなだけに、撮影禁止はなえるわあ。
エリザベートの旧王宮にいたっては入るのやめました。
撮影禁止ならせめて半額にして欲しいなあ。

Another Vienna thing, it's about House of Habsburg.
I noted that the Vienna is a birth place of Marie Antoinette, but also it's famous for Empress Elizabeth.
I love the building of 18-19th century, I was so excited to see them.
However, sadly we were not allowed to take photos in palaces..... boo....
It's my life work to take photos when I travel.
So disappointed that I gave up to enter to Imperial Palace.

でも、教会の写真がいっぱい撮れたので満足。
ウィーンの教会は有名どころじゃないところもゴージャスで私好みでした！
中欧の教会は豪華な教会が多い!

However, I was happy to take lots of photos at churches.
All of churches in Vienna were so gorgeous and beautiful.

他にもウィーンには面白い建物がいっぱい。
なかでもフンデルトヴァッサーの建物はおもしろかった!
この方の建物がまさか大阪にあるなんてびっくり!
今度帰国したらぜひ行ってみたい!

Also there were interesting buildings in Vienna.
Specially I loved Hundertwasser buildings.
I didn't know his building in Osaka, Japan too!
I have to see that when I go back to Japan next time.

カフェめぐりももちろんしました～!
超絶かわいいカフェがあって、２回も行ってしまった。
他にも行きたいカフェがあったのに…。
今回はまた直前までルートを決められなかったので、
同じところをグルグル歩いたり同じところに２回行ったり、無駄な動きが多かったので反省。
またブログで紹介していくので見てくださいね～!

Also I did cafe hunt too!
I found a so so so lovely cafe that I had to go back again!
I had a few more cafes I wanted to go, but it was not efficient route I planned...
We were walking in the same area some times and I couldn't visit all places I wanted to go.
I have to learn....

The city of art and music, Vienna ~ 音楽と芸術の都・ウィーンの旅　Oct 2016　Part.1

結婚記念６周年＆永住権獲得のお祝いをかねて、ウィーンへ行って参りました!

We went to Vienna to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and my permanent visa!

London Fashion Snap No.118 ~ Yellow turban and dress

オールド・スピタルフィールズ・アンティークマーケットにて。（８月)
定期的にスピタルフィールズのマーケットに出店しているのですが、
やっぱりイーストはおしゃれさんが多い!

定期的にスピタルフィールズのマーケットに出店しているのですが、
やっぱりイーストはおしゃれさんが多い!
でも、出店中は接客やらナンやらと忙しいのでファッションスナップできなくて。
一番の理由はカメラをもってこられないからだったんですが、
最近、iPhone6のカメラの性能が結構いいじゃん!と気づき、
携帯で撮ることにしました!
おしゃれカップルもきれいに撮れました!

London Fashion Snap No117 ~ Kimono x denim

フロックミー!ヴィンテージフェアにて。(６月)
昨年ぐらいまで円安だったこともあって、(今は全然違いますが!）
いまや、ロンドンのどのヴィンテージフェアに行っても必ず見るようになった日本の着物。
だけど、着こなすの難しい…。
特に我々日本人が伝統的な着方ではなく普通に羽織っちゃうと、
家電売り場のはっぴ着てる人!?　みたいに見えかねない…
でも、ここに理想の着こなしをしてる人発見!
ダメージドデニムと着てても何の違和感もなく。
外国の方から着物の着こなしを教わるとは。
正当な着方ももちろん素敵だけれど、自分の国の服、もっとデイリーに着こなしたい。

Japanese kimono has already become unusual item in London.
You can see them in any vintage fairs in London now.
However, I think that it is very hard to wear it well....  (even me as a Japanese....)
Yes, there is a proper traditional way to wear kimono (yet, it is so difficult that not many Japanese don't know how to wear in the traditional way!)
but, I think it is cool to wear kimono with casual modern clothes.
And she was wearing a kimono exactly how I wanted to wear!
Kimono with a damaged denim.
That's what I wanted to do.  Wearing kimono in a casual way.

フロックミー!ヴィンテージフェアにて。(６月)
昨年ぐらいまで円安だったこともあって、(今は全然違いますが!）
いまや、ロンドンのどのヴィンテージフェアに行っても必ず見るようになった日本の着物。
だけど、着こなすの難しい…。
特に我々日本人が伝統的な着方ではなく普通に羽織っちゃうと、
家電売り場のはっぴ着てる人!?　みたいに見えかねない…
でも、ここに理想の着こなしをしてる人発見!
ダメージドデニムと着てても何の違和感もなく。
外国の方から着物の着こなしを教わるとは。
正当な着方ももちろん素敵だけれど、自分の国の服、もっとデイリーに着こなしたい。
