欧州の友人やインスタのフォロワーさんも今日本に行ってる人が多いので、
ちょっと桜の時期の帰国のときの写真を持ち出して、京都紹介。(2013年の写真。）
今回は、仁和寺。
It's a cherry blossom season in Japan now!
My timeline of Instagram is full of photos of cherry blossoms, I really miss Japan!
Since my friend and some followers in Japan and I can't go back to Japan right now,
I will write about Ninna-ji temple in Kyoto with my photos which I took in Japan in cherry blossom season.

Ninna-ji is one of the most famous temple in Kyoto.
It's one of the world heritages as Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto.
ご存知の通り、京都の有名なお寺の一つで、世界遺産でもある仁和寺。
It's also one of the famous spots of cherry blossoms.
桜の名所でもあります。
The cherry blossoms in Ninna-ji temple is different from the other common cherry blossoms called Somei Yoshino.
Ninna-ji's cherry blossoms are double-flowered and trees are lower than usual.
They also bloom later than Somei Yoshino.
When we went back to Japan to see cherry blossoms, we are quite late to see Somei Yoshino, but good-timing for Ninna-ji's cherry blossoms.
仁和寺の桜はソメイヨシノと違って八重咲きで木も低く、咲くのもちょっと遅い。
そのおかげで、このときソメイヨシノの満開時に間に合わなかった私たちでしたが、この仁和寺の桜には間に合いました。
They also have a tree of green cherry blossoms which is very rare!
仁和寺には、珍しい緑の桜、ギョイコウの木もあります。
Ninna-ji was built in 888.
An emperor built it and after he retired and became a priest, he started to live there.
Since then, this temple was related to the imperial family so close.
One of the famous spots in this temple is an imperial palace style buildings.
888年に建てられ、宇多天皇が住んで以来、皇族とかかわりが深い仁和寺。
見所の一つは、御所スタイルの御殿。
The temple has established a long time ago, but most of these palace style buildings were built in the 19-20th century.
Even though, the genuine Japanese style garden and buildings are very beautiful.
お寺自体の歴史は古いけれど、この御殿の建物はほとんどが19世紀後半から20世紀前半のもの。
それでも純和風の景観はとても美しいです。
At the moment, Ninna-ji's cherry blossoms haven't bloomed yet.
